My Eyes: First Step
I remember when I first arrived in Australia. My feet touched Sydney soil and I couldn’t help but thrill at the idea. Ten thousand miles, three flights (so far, still had two more to go), and I had finally made it to the other side of the world. Almost literally. I had always wanted to see Sydney, and the Opera house. Thankfully, my wonderful father had arranged for a couple nights stay in the city.
This shot was taken on the way to the Sydney Zoo crossing the harbor on a fairy. I couldn’t help but capture the moment. Pretty good shot, considering I use a digital camera bought for $40 that has hardly no special features, lol. The ones it does have don’t seem to do a whole lot. 😛 Not to mention I was rockin’ and rollin’ on a fast moving boat.
Still love the shot though. Great memories. *sighs*
