Daily Dabbles: Eye Poppers

Peacock Feather
By: James Shelford
I absolutely love the colours on this! I mean peacocks are stunning creatures as is, but to capture such a gorgeous shot of the feather… I remember seeing peacocks in zoos while I lived in Michigan. Unfortunately I was never really able to take a nice photo of the feathers. Getting a shot of the birds themselves was usually easy enough, getting close up of a feather, or even when they have their tail raise… forget about. 😛
This particular photo was taken by James Shelford. His subject work ranges a bit from people, cities and such, but he is a professional wedding photography by trade. They all seem to have the same frosted, just out of reach surrealness that I really like. He is definitely worth checking out.
